“To show that you are his children, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who cries out, "Father, my Father."”
Galatians 4:6 · GNT
To lighten the heavy responsibility of leading Israel, the LORD instructed Moses to gather seventy elders. Yet Eldad and Medad remained in the camp and still received the Spirit.
Moses' wish — that all God's people would be filled with the Spirit — has been fully granted through the finished work of Jesus Christ. What a blessing belongs to every child of God!
